Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst/Associate to join our team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt advisory, with 2-6 years of experience in leverage & acquisition finance, debt capital markets, structured finance, corporate banking, or debt advisory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on diverse transactions, including bilateral & syndicated loans, LBOs/MBOs, structured financing/securitisation, subordinated/mezzanine debt, corporate bonds, and real estate finance.

  • Drive deal execution—performing financial analysis & modelling, preparing information memorandums, structuring deals, negotiating term sheets & facility documents, and managing transaction execution.
  • Collaborate closely with private equity sponsors, corporate clients, financiers, and legal advisors to ensure seamless deal progression.
  • Play a key role in originating new transactions by nurturing market relationships and identifying opportunities.
