Job Description

As a seasoned Debt Advisory Professional, you will be responsible for advising on diverse transactions, including bilateral & syndicated loans, LBOs/MBOs, structured financing/securitisation, subordinated/mezzanine debt, corporate bonds, and real estate finance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing financial analysis & modelling to drive deal execution;
  • Preparing information memorandums and structuring deals;
  • Negotiating term sheets & facility documents and managing transaction execution;
  • Collaborating closely with private equity sponsors, corporate clients, financiers, and legal advisors to ensure seamless deal progression;
  • Originating new transactions by nurturing market relationships and identifying opportunities;
  • Preparing compelling proposals and presentations, tracking loan market trends, and contributing to marketing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2–6 years' experience in leverage & acquisition finance, debt capital markets, structured finance, corporate banking, or debt advisory;
  • Strong credit analysis, financial modelling (Excel), and deal structuring expertise;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills;
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to think laterally and identify creative funding solutions;
  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to perform under pressure in time-sensitive transactions.
