About the Role

As a seasoned geotechnical engineer with a strong background in tailings dam engineering, you will play a pivotal role in our team's success. Your expertise in tailings design studies, mine waste management, and technical leadership will be invaluable in contributing to our business's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-level and detailed designs for tailings storage facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and project needs.
  • Lead teams in exploring innovative solutions for tailings dam analysis and design.
  • Prepare design specifications, scopes of work, and schedules for construction, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver creative solutions for their tailings management needs.
  • Prepare reports and documentation, including design reports, interpretive geotechnical and laboratory reports, construction progress reports, and audit and inspection reporting.
