Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Operations Officer - Payment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing client requests with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and customer needs are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming cheque deposits to customer accounts
  • Issuing Bank Cheques
  • Daily processing of manual payments across DeskBanks
  • Supporting our Manila team with all inbound SWIFT payments
  • Identify & escalate potential issues and risks

Required Skills:

  • Effective telephone and customer service skills with a strong customer and delivery focus
  • Experience in systems, products and processes
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Effective time management skills and is an active team contributor
