Customer Service Position

Randstad is seeking a candidate to fill an ongoing temporary opportunity as a customer service professional. The role offers full-time hours (Monday - Friday) and is based in Northern Adelaide.

  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls in accordance with service standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations daily
  • Manage client and external stakeholder expectations
  • Liaise with accounts to set up new suppliers, subcontractors, and customers
  • Coordinate office amenities and supplies for staff
  • Perform general administrative activities to support projects as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has prior experience in a contact centre environment or customer service. They should have proven experience in customer service with a passion for servicing clients.

  3. Proficient in PC skills and computer-based applications
  4. High attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Proactive, self-managed, with a positive attitude
