Job Title: Stakeholder Liaison Specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and data entry of donations, ensuring accurate supporter data and delivering quality customer experiences to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of supporter data within our systems.
  • Process online, mail, and telephone donations, including banking and receipting services.
  • Manage administrative processes related to programs, including direct mail campaigns, memorial giving initiatives, and regular giving schemes.
  • Respond to donor inquiries via phone and email and maintain detailed records.
  • Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, and relevant privacy legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong interest and experience in data entry and processing.
  • An exceptional phone manner and experience in a call centre or phone-based customer service environment.
  • The ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Experience in using a CRM (Raiser's Edge or similar) and Microsoft applications.
