English Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate English teacher to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled teacher who can deliver high-quality instruction to students from Year 7 to Year 12. The successful applicant will have a strong background in English literature and pedagogy, with a focus on creating engaging and inclusive learning environments.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs, as well as provide support and guidance to students outside of class time. They will also be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's overall teaching and learning culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality English lessons to students from Year 7 to Year 12

Eligibility
  • Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment
  • Apply for a WA Working with Children Check before starting
  • Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before starting
