Community Tech Support Opportunity

We are seeking friendly and patient individuals to assist seniors with tech-related queries and issues.

About the Role

This is a volunteer position that requires assisting senior members at HomeCo Vincentia shopping centre. Sessions are held weekly on Tuesdays from 10 AM to 12 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to seniors with everyday technology.
  • Foster a supportive environment for both seniors and volunteers.
  • Promote values and mission within the community.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sessions and outreach.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need good interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse age groups, and passion for technology.
