We are seeking a highly skilled Artwork Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will report to the Product Artwork Manager and is based at our head office in Collingwood.

This cross-functional role involves coordinating the administration, development, and maintenance of product artwork globally, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance throughout development and print production.

You will work closely with Packaging, Compliance, Product, and Supply Chain teams to ensure that deadlines are met for product artwork development and maintenance. Electronic and physical archives must be maintained.

The focus of this role is on developing artwork to meet market regulatory requirements and creating associated guides and over-labels. Process improvements for the Product Artwork area and innovative product artwork solutions will be driven to support growth and Regulatory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the administration, development, and maintenance of product artwork globally.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Develop artwork to meet market regulatory requirements.
  • Create associated guides and over-labels.
  • Drive process improvements for the Product Artwork area.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proven experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in Artwork Development/Finished Art for print production.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience, particularly InDesign.
