As a Medical Imaging Specialist at Knox Private Hospital, you will lead our high-volume imaging department and leverage your expertise in CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Interventional procedures, and Mammography to deliver exceptional patient care.

Job Overview

The role involves working closely with a team of highly trained technical staff and utilizing a nationwide RIS/PACS system for mentoring and collaboration. You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment, including recently upgraded MRI's, CT, PET, and Nuclear Medicine.

  • Experience in CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Interventional procedures, and Mammography
  • Excellent communication skills and strong commitment to contributing at site and hospital level

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through ongoing training and conference leave. Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the imaging team and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care
  • Developing and implementing imaging protocols to improve patient outcomes
  • Mentoring and collaborating with technical staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent patient care

You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques, and for contributing to the development of new imaging protocols and procedures.
