About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lecturer to join our team at Acknowledge Education. As a Lecturer of Bachelor of Community Services, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, improvement, and delivery of the program, ensuring compliance with the Higher Education Standards Framework.

Your primary focus will be on providing a high-quality, student-centric experience, mapping to the units delivered in the program. Staying up-to-date with current and emerging principles and best practices is essential to your success in this role.

This is a part-time opportunity with the option to work from home during non-teaching hours. If you are a motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for education, we encourage you to apply.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a post-graduate qualification in community work, social services, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years industry experience. A strong understanding of theory and practice in the relevant discipline is essential.

You must also be willing to undertake at least 20 hours of continued professional development each year. Ideally, you will be tech-savvy and able to develop innovative, effective strategies to keep students engaged.
