About This Role

The Head of Risk and Compliance Operations is looking for a professional to provide first-line risk advisory and controls monitoring services. Your primary function will be to support senior management and staff within the Operations division.

This position requires excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. You should have strong business acumen and experience in risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and assess risks associated with our operations;
  • To develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies;
  • To monitor and report on risk trends and issues;
  • To collaborate with other teams to ensure a coordinated approach to risk management.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance;
  • At least 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field;
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills;
  • Strong business acumen and experience in risk management.
