Operational Risk Management Executive

The Manager Operational Risk and Resilience will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks within the organization.
This entails:
- Conducting thorough risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement risk management best practices
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date risk records and reports
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of operational risk management principles and excellent communication and analytical skills. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and evaluating potential operational risks and developing effective strategies to mitigate them
- Working closely with senior managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
- Developing and implementing training programs to educate staff on operational risk management best practices
