As a Business Improvement Commercial Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement business improvement initiatives to drive revenue growth, cost reduction, and process optimization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement business solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  5. Engage with stakeholders to communicate business improvement initiatives and results.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2.5 years' experience as a business analyst, preferably in a for-profit setting.
  2. Advanced-level Excel skills.
  3. Intermediate-level Power BI skills.
  4. Experience with Power Apps, Microsoft Azure, and Snowflake Data Cloud is preferred.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
