About the Role

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Registered Nurse-Division 1 with relevant management qualification or equivalent work experience, and a demonstrated commitment to professional development.
  • Proven ability to lead, support and develop a clinical team within a multidisciplinary environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and digital skills, with proficiency in clinical systems, rostering, and documentation to support effective team coordination and patient care.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing change and quality improvement initiatives, with a sound understanding of clinical governance and service development in a rehabilitation setting.
