We are seeking an accomplished Centre Director to spearhead our brand new 81-place early childhood service in Blackwall. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to establish a high-performing team and create a nurturing environment that fosters a sense of belonging among children, families, and staff.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a Centre Director, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality educational programs and services. They will be well-versed in the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), with excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Job Description

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Centre Director
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • A deep understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and contemporary early childhood pedagogy
