Defence Liaison Specialist

The role entails fostering relationships between stakeholders, Defence personnel, and CIOG to provide representation of customer issues and requirements. A key aspect involves developing and executing engagement plans for targeted liaison with Defence personnel to enhance their access to CIOG capabilities.
About our Team
The Directorate acts as the CIOG representative for products and services delivered to Defence regional bases and sites across Australia and internationally. Our responsibilities include Deskside Support Services, Audio Visual Support Services, End User Advocacy and Relationships, Regional Project Support, Communications Security Services (COMSEC), and Regional Assurance and Governance Services.
We operate under a 'One Team' approach to be the most dedicated, trusted, and proven Directorateto Customer Success in CIOG. Our Mission is to advocate on behalf of customers for efficient delivery of Enabler Services with specific emphasis on CIOG provided services across all regions both nationally and internationally.
