We are seeking a Quality Architect to shape our quality engineering strategy, driving the adoption and implementation of Shift Left quality principles and best practices across project teams.
- Lead quality delivery practices and services across portfolios, ensuring cost efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Drive transformation of testing services by embedding Shift Left principles and integrating quality into CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve system stability, test efficiency, and overall quality outcomes.
- Identify quality risks and bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, project managers, and business units to ensure visibility and alignment on quality activities.
As a strategic Quality Architect, you will excel at defining testing strategies across multiple projects and influencing teams to adopt best practices. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to articulate strategies clearly and align stakeholders on quality objectives.
Key qualifications include:
- Proven leadership and technical project planning & management skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholder confidence on delivering quality outcomes for their programs / projects.
- Extensive experience working within a Technology function in a large, complex organisation with proven experience leading testing teams.
- Highly developed communication skills both written and oral.
- A natural curiosity to enhance testing capability and introduce better ways of testing.
