Role: Lead Quality Engineer
You will be key in ensuring our software systems meet and set industry standards.
This role requires a visionary leader to shape our quality assurance framework and culture across our technological landscape.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with our business goals and technological innovations.
Create and deploy testing frameworks that incorporate manual and automated testing to enhance software delivery speed, efficiency, and scalability while maintaining high quality standards.
Act as the main quality assurance contact among management, technology teams, and external partners, driving consensus on quality standards and practices.
Design and manage quality metrics and reporting systems to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
Build and lead a high-performing team of Quality Engineers, fostering professional growth and motivation.
Regularly assess and improve testing processes to ensure robustness and adaptability.
Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent service disruptions.
About You
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Agilist (desirable).
At least 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, including 3+ years in a leadership role within financial services or wealth management technology.
Proven experience as a QA / Test Lead or Manager in fintech or wealth management sectors.
Expertise in automated testing frameworks like Selenium, and experience with CI/CD environments.
Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.
Strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with relevant certifications preferred.
Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to foster innovation.
