Job Opportunity in Renewable Energy Asset Management

This is an exciting chance to contribute towards the growth of a dynamic and multi-disciplinary finance team, providing a wide exposure to renewable asset investments.

About the Role

  • Regular management and KPI variance reporting are key responsibilities of this position.
  • The role involves assisting in the financial management of development, construction, and operating-stage renewable energy assets.
  • Preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial reports are also part of this job.
  • Cashflow forecasting and funding requirement calculations will be undertaken by the successful candidate.
  • Managing external administrators and advisors to ensure statutory filings are met is another crucial aspect of this role.
  • The role will sit in the finance team and report to the Financial Controller. The successful delivery of all financial aspects of the company's business will involve you in the process.

About the Business

The business owns approximately 260 assets on behalf of wholesale and institutional investors, managing over $1 billion of assets for local and international investors. This is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of highly skilled professionals, covering the expertise required to realize and operate a renewable energy portfolio. With an existing multi-GW portfolio of operating and developing assets, including solar, wind, and battery storage across Australia, the business continues to grow and deliver a long-term business that provides a firmed energy product to meet the evolving energy needs of Australia.
