Job Description
The Safety & Security Manager will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for visitors, co-workers, and contractors at the Distribution Centre. Key responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring compliance with IKEA's risk management standards and local safety and security laws.
  • Conducting regular audits and providing education and training to team members.
  • Analyzing incident trends and developing action plans to improve safety performance.
  • Fostering a strong safety culture within the Distribution Centre.
  • Collaborating with DC management to implement and support risk and compliance measures.
  • Monitoring and managing internal and external incidents.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety and security, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with IT systems are also essential.
