Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver comprehensive leader induction programs to ensure newly appointed leaders are equipped for success.
- Develop blended learning solutions that foster effective team leadership and drive employee engagement.
- Establish and manage mentoring programs, creating tailored resources to support mentors and mentees alike.
- Apply expertise in learning and development to craft impactful training initiatives that yield maximum ROI.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to stay abreast of industry trends and business needs, informing the continuous refreshment of leadership development programs.
- Demonstrated excellence in facilitation, with a genuine passion for crafting engaging learning experiences.
- Proven experience with eLearning authoring tools such as RISE and Articulate.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent, along with at least 7 years' experience in senior learning and development roles within a corporate environment.
- Substantial experience in learning and development, including projects requiring change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, influential communications, co-design, and facilitation activities.
