Product Development Assistant

The Product Development Assistant plays a vital role in the growth and success of our organization.
This position involves assisting the Product Manager in all aspects of product development, including project management, communication with internal departments, and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
The Product Development Assistant will work closely with the sales and marketing team to deliver product communications and support new product launches. This individual will also contribute to competitor and customer insights analysis and provide technical support and updates to staff, customers, and distributors.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can develop and propose new product ideas based on personal, customer, or market feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Product Manager in all aspects of product development.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to deliver product communications.
- Contribute to competitor and customer insights analysis.
- Develop and propose new product ideas.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy with strong Microsoft skills, focusing on Excel.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar position and/or industry.
- Organizational skills, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service skills.
