A leading mechanical supervisor is required to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of project resources. Key responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, coordinating resources, scoping works, and supervising teams. The ideal candidate will possess a mechanical trade certificate or higher, have 5+ years of supervisory experience, and demonstrate knowledge of mechanical systems.

Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to plan works
  • Coordinating and scheduling all project resources, including labour, plant, and equipment
  • Scoping and estimating works
  • Assisting in project managing and cost control
  • Supervising other supervisors as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Mechanical Trade Certificate or higher
  • 5+ Years in Supervisory Role
  • Practical experience/knowledge of how mechanical systems work
  • Experience in dust extraction & ventilation systems (preferable)
