Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities to increase contract attachment rates through lead generation and prospecting.
  • Meet or exceed defined Key Performance Indicators to drive exceptional sales performance and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through daily outbound communication and collaboration.
  • Support the sales quoting process and participate in contract negotiations to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor landscape to position our products effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive innovation.
  • Analyze sales data and market information to develop sales opportunities with high returns on investment.
  • Support marketing programs and initiatives as assigned by the Sales Manager.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in service sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding goals and objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and the internet.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to meet deadlines as needed.
