We partner with people and communities to enhance mental health and wellbeing in North and West Queensland.

To achieve this, we seek adaptable and client-focused individuals as Wellbeing Clinicians. Whether you have formal qualifications, community experience or lived experience – if you're passionate about empowering people to live their best life, especially in rural and remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, this role could be for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strengths-based, culturally safe wellbeing support to clients and communities.
  • Engage directly with children, youth, families, Elders and diverse groups.
  • Travel regularly to remote locations to provide outreach services.
  • Establish respectful, trusted relationships with individuals and communities.
  • Work independently as well as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
  • Enable people to improve their social and emotional wellbeing, access health education, and connect to further supports.
The Ideal Candidate
