Job Summary

The Procurement Manager will oversee procurement services across various departments, guaranteeing a cost-effective and customer-centric approach.

This role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the organization's objectives.

  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for diverse categories of spend, including specialist equipment, general goods and services, and Information Technology Contracting (ICT).
  • Plan, develop specifications, tender, evaluate, negotiate contracts, and undertake minor, medium, and capital works based on Australian Standard Contract Conditions or Queensland Government-approved contract conditions.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and negotiating contracts with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Managing the procurement process from start to finish, including identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
