Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer experience specialist to join our team in Bunbury.

The opportunity will involve working closely with the store team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. You will be required to get involved in all aspects of being a sales assistant, from greeting and serving customers to replenishing stock and ensuring the store is presentable.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding product knowledge, visual merchandising and ongoing customer engagement
  • Support all elements of store operations including processing transactions, stocking shelves, handling deliveries and maintaining store presentation
