We are on the hunt for freelance editors to collaborate with us. We are seeking documentary and unscripted editors to work with us on a variety of short-form project work.
Key requirements include having at least 4 years of experience and a strong sense of story and character, as well as being excited to work on commercial and branded content.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the creation of brilliant edits by working with our team of editors.
- Assemble raw or prepped footage into completed, edited pieces for social, broadcast, and marketing channels.
- Quickly assemble edits and implement notes from clients, production stakeholders, and account leads to meet project deadlines.
- Take pre-existing edited finals and create versions and cutdowns.
- Handle multiple videos simultaneously and provide fast delivery.
- Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges.
- Maintain clear communication between the production and editing environments.
- 4+ years of experience editing a wide range of projects, including shorter social media-based assets and longer scripted pieces.
- Autonomy and collaboration - we thrive in both scenarios.
- Collaboration with other teams to ensure high-quality output.
- Adding value to all productions and processes, contributing to the business's overall success.
