Creative Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Visual Content Creator to join our team on a contract basis in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for campaigns, events, and brand projects.
- Conceptualise, plan, and execute shoots that align with project briefs.
- Edit photos and videos into polished, high-quality final products using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure visuals meet brand guidelines and objectives.
- Manage equipment, lighting, and location setup to achieve the best results.
- Stay current with visual trends, editing techniques, and storytelling styles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar).
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage end-to-end production, from planning shoots to delivering final edits.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Based in Sydney with flexibility to work on-site for shoots.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience producing content for digital platforms (social media, websites, campaigns).
- Familiarity with drone photography/videography.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Adaptability to work across different industries and styles of projects.
