About the Role:

To excel in this position, you will be proactive, committed to developing your skills within a collaborative project team, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

You will provide commercial support to stakeholders and other team members, including selecting and implementing contract models, pricing strategies, and incentivization arrangements.

Awareness of local market conditions is essential to meet individual EPCM project requirements.

Accountabilities:

You will support and manage project contracts and procurement activities, travel to sites as required, and monitor contractor performance.

You will establish relationships with key stakeholders, become a highly valued contract expert, and facilitate Supplier Relationship Management.

You will ensure contract integrity, manage claims prevention, assessment, and resolution, and participate in BHP's Operating Model implementation.

About You:

To be successful, you will be a dedicated commercial professional with at least 2 years of experience supporting capital projects.

You will have knowledge of contract life cycles, EPCM delivery models, problem-solving, negotiation, influencing, and relationship management.

You will possess advanced interpersonal skills, the ability to operate effectively in complex environments, and think laterally to resolve issues independently.
