Clinical Trials Warehouse Specialist

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in the safe and efficient management of investigational products.

\
  • Responsible for daily receiving and warehousing activities, including data entry and documentation control of all incoming products.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation and destruction processes are followed, with supporting paperwork maintained as per company procedures.
  • Maintain/improve the cleanliness and appearance of both warehouses.
  • Complete duties under warehouse ownership, encompassing cleanliness, pack conditioning control, generator testing, consumable ordering, and temperature monitoring.
\Key Requirements:\
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing and distribution, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Previous experience in Warehouse Receiving is highly desirable.
  • Able to cope with the physical demands of this role.
  • Exceptional Organisational skills are required.
  • Safety awareness is paramount.
  • Familiarity with GMP requirements for warehousing and distribution is essential.
