The Role:

This is a pivotal position that requires exceptional leadership skills and a customer-centric approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee stock management practices, ensure effective visual merchandising, and maintain brand standards.
• Manage administrative tasks, including payroll, banking, and rostering.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members while promoting a positive work environment.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers by resolving issues and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
