Primary Care Physician Role

Position Overview:

A medical professional is sought to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a private medical centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in chronic disease management and women's health, and be able to manage a caseload of 4-6 patients per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups and minor procedures.
  • Collaborate with allied health professionals and other medical staff to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to relevant medical standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account individual patient needs and circumstances.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registration as a General Practitioner with the relevant medical authority.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and practices.
