About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Specialist Tax team in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading client delivery teams and providing consulting support on state taxes, stamp duty, and land tax matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercially focused advice to clients on state taxes, stamp duty, and land tax.
  • Prepare lodgements, private ruling applications, and exemption applications for state taxes matters.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships while working closely with internal teams.
  • Drive growth and build a personal brand by leveraging internal and external networks.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and training opportunities to other team members.
Requirements
  • Qualification(s) and/or professional accreditation(s) in a relevant discipline such as Law, Accounting, or Business/Commerce.
  • Significant relevant experience in a similar environment, such as accounting or law.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret, formulate, and present technical and legal advice to different audiences.
