About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Canberra office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week. Your primary focus will be to provide early, timely and personal customer-focused and empathetic service to injured workers and employers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Proactively and effectively manage all aspects of a caseload of worker's compensation claims within the legislation and compliance guidelines.
  • Deliver the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and manage the end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.
  • Provide accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand (including options about any claim, entitlements, obligations and responsibilities).
What You Will Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within the medical or corporate field, specialising in customer service.
  • Experience in managing claims in the workers compensation scheme or the Safety Rehabilitation Act (SRC) is advantageous but not necessary.
