Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Resource Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our roadside assistance operations through strategic scheduling and resource optimisation.

  • Develop and manage resource schedules to meet service level targets and operational demands, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective planning solutions aligned with business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and enhance workforce planning frameworks to support operational efficiency, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Key Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in workforce/resource planning or a related operational role, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging presentations and reports.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to navigate complex data sets and drive informed decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
