As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Financial governance for patients
  • Scheduling and follow-up of patient appointments
  • Liaising with staff from different departments, other hospitals, and key stakeholders
  • Preparation and maintenance of medical records and clinician support
  • Quality improvement processes
  • Assisting in the timely management of patient flow pathways
  • Other administration and clerical duties, including ward administration

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding service and high-quality care to our patients. To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently and within a team environment, and have the ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
