The Melbourne Clinic offers a variety of inpatient, outpatient programs, and outreach services tailored to meet the needs of individuals with mental health conditions. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Financial governance for patients
- Scheduling and follow-up of patient appointments
- Liaising with staff from different departments, other hospitals, and key stakeholders
- Preparation and maintenance of medical records and clinician support
- Quality improvement processes
- Assisting in the timely management of patient flow pathways
- Other administration and clerical duties, including ward administration
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding service and high-quality care to our patients. To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently and within a team environment, and have the ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
