Job Overview

The Calibration Lab Supervisor role is a fantastic opportunity to leverage technical expertise in a globally recognised organisation with a strong reputation for innovation and workplace excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily lab operations ensuring compliance with NATA and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
  • Supervise and mentor technicians to support performance and development in a team environment.
  • Manage workflow to meet deadlines and maintain service quality while driving process improvements and updates as needed.
  • Review calibration reports and uncertainty data for accuracy and contribute to QMS enhancements.
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients on technical and scheduling matters ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a NATA-accredited lab or similar setting with solid knowledge of calibration, measurement and uncertainty principles.
  • Certificate III or higher in electronics, science or equivalent hands-on experience with the ability to supervise or mentor in a technical setting.
  • Strong communicator with stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
