Project Planning Specialist

The Senior Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing projects from start to finish. This key position plays a critical role in ensuring the timely completion of projects while allocating resources efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and developing recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and project teams, to guarantee successful project delivery.
- Maintain current knowledge of project amendments, change orders, and forecasting validation.
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Planning, or Scheduling.
- At least 3 years of experience in related industry roles.
- Extensive working experience with Primavera P3 or P6 software.
- Able to master new technologies and adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in creating robust project plans.
- Commitment to Health & Safety policies.
