Project Planning Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Planning Specialist.

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in project planning and scheduling to play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource allocation.
  • To develop and maintain robust project plans throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • To provide planning support to complex and varied projects, utilizing Primavera P3 or P6 software.
  • To work closely with stakeholders to identify potential changes in scope and quantify the impact of any changes.
  • To participate in the development of recovery and resolution plans for potential project delivery schedule concerns.
  • To maintain current knowledge of individual projects and all amendments and change orders.
  • To update information to Honeywell's forecast tool.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Planning, or Scheduling.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a related industry, preferably with extensive working experience with Primavera P3 or P6.
  • Ability to master new software systems, especially in the areas of Project Management.
  • Highly proficient in all key areas of scheduling.
  • SAP experience desirable.
  • Knowledgeable about generally accepted industry best practices.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work and prosper in a flexible dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to travel to sites if required.
