Event Coordinator

This pivotal role assists the Front of House Manager with onsite event delivery and management of food and beverage staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure events run smoothly.
  • Motivate and lead a team to improve performance.
  • Brief staff on event roles and responsibilities.
  • Delegate tasks impartially while evaluating staff abilities.
  • Collaborate with senior management and teams.
  • Enforce health, safety, and security procedures.
  • Provide regular reporting on team performance and development.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for great food and drink, and experience in high-end dining or hospitality environments.

Skills and Requirements:
  • Australian Open Drivers Licence.
  • Three years of experience in similar roles.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • Prior food hygiene training and/or accreditation.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive outlook.
