About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a person-centred, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each client. You will be responsible for assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties, as well as supporting them with daily errands, companionship, and activities.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care and domestic duties
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Supporting clients with daily errands and activities
- Care planning and goal setting with clients
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certification
