Our Team is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our community in providing quality support and enabling people with disabilities to live independently.

We are looking for someone who can provide both high-quality practical support and meaningful connection – someone who contributes to a positive, person-centred environment that fosters growth, autonomy, and joy.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex behaviours, manual handling, and psychosocial and neurological disabilities. They will also possess a Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification and be willing to learn new skills and undertake ongoing training.

The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing support plans based on the individual's needs, preferences, and interests. This includes assisting with daily living activities, promoting personal choice and control, and administering medication.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with complex behaviours and psychosocial and neurological disabilities

  • Unrestricted Australian Driver's License
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status, including booster
  • Current First Aid Certificate with CPR
