Job Description\

As a skilled Career Advisor, you will be part of a team that helps businesses find and hire the right professionals. With our platform used by over 27,000 teams worldwide, we understand the importance of recruiting in building healthy workplaces.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companies with expert advice on organizing their recruitment processes
  • Responding to user inquiries or issues with friendly and pragmatic solutions
  • Supporting users when they encounter problems, utilizing troubleshooting tools
  • Reviewing job descriptions to ensure they meet industry standards
\

Your ability to help customers succeed with their recruitment will have a direct impact on our success. You will be treated as an integral part of the team and expected to uphold high standards.

To excel in this role, you must be:

  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using modern office productivity tools and able to learn our product well enough to explain it to others
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to build a career with a fast-growing tech organization
  • Available to work regular business hours, with rotating weekend and holiday hours required

You should have:

  • A degree from a recognized college or university
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience
  • A positive attitude and desire to help customers
\

Bonus points if you have experience in customer support, technical education, account management, quality assurance, software (ideally SaaS/cloud) or technology industry, writing (blog articles, copywriting).
