We are seeking a skilled professional to support our transaction advisory offering across the Australasia region. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of our business, focusing on project delivery, work winning, technical advice, client engagement, and development opportunities.

Job Overview

This position will involve providing technical and commercial advice on infrastructure sub-sector transactions, working with both buy-side and sell-side clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality advice under tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective technical advice to clients, leveraging their extensive experience and expertise.
  • Building and maintaining trust with clients through consistent support and strategic insights.
  • Supporting project managers and leadership teams in undertaking technical and commercial analysis to deliver due diligence studies within demanding timelines.
  • Undertaking technical asset reviews to assess the risk profile of assets or portfolios.
  • Developing business plans and conducting capex/opex analyses.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, engineering, or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of industry or specialist areas, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
