Practice Manager Opportunity

Noosa Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the effective coordination and direction of operational services and staffing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and claims management.
  • Work with Directors to optimize doctor scheduling and backfilling.
  • Manage ED Admin operations, including staff and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to achieve strategic service delivery goals.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated office management experience, preferably in private health/hospital settings.
  • Proven experience managing a multidisciplinary team.
  • Exceptional people skills, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize efficiently.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs.
