Land Development Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Land Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in land development, subdivisions, and infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of stormwater, drainage, and utility design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the design and documentation of subdivisions, roads, drainage, sewer, water, and utilities.
  • Prepare detailed models and technical drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D / 12D.
  • Liaise with councils, service authorities, surveyors, contractors, and planners to ensure project approvals and smooth delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in land development, subdivisions, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or 12D.
