About This Role

You will work on various projects, providing innovative advice, mentoring engineers, and serving as a key contact for clients.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A Bachelor of Engineering degree
  • Minimum 12-15 years' experience in civil engineering, specifically roads and highways
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing to Main Roads Western Australia standards
  • Ability to lead and mentor engineers, contributing to their professional development
  • Ability to manage large projects or oversee smaller projects, developing new business opportunities
