- Efficiently assess and take ownership of customers' needs is crucial.
- You will deliver specialist assistance across multiple agencies and campaigns.
- You should have 2-3 years previous customer service or call centre experience.
- You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong attention to detail is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is necessary.
